What is SSO?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication process that allows users to log in with their SSO credentials and gain access to AlertOps, without the need to enter an AlertOps username and password. 

AlertOps SSO Configuration 

To use SSO, a user must exist in AlertOps. Either the AlertOps username or email contact should match the SSO credentials.

  1. Access SSO settings by clicking on Account in the menu bar. 
  2. Check the Use Single Sign-On (SSO) box and the Single Sign-On Section will appear.
  3. Complete the Single Sign-On Section
  4. Click Save.
