The Billing Admin role is useful for allowing administration of AlertOps without consuming a User license.  Such users cannot create or respond to alerts, and only have access to the Account Settings in the UI.

Create a Billing Admin User

  1. In the menu bar, click on Users.
  2. Click on Add User in the top right corner.
  3. Enter a Login User Name and Official Email for the user.  Then, enter the First Name and Last Name.
  4. Select the Billing Admin Type.  The Role will automatically change to Billing Admin.
  5. Click Add.
