Add Group

User can create a simple group containing a single shift, and modify it further by adding more shifts and members as needed.

  1. Navigate to Configurations -> Groups and Schedules, the existing groups details are displayed

  1. Click + ADD GROUP in the top right corner.

  1. Enter a unique Group Name
  2. Select a Topic to the group using the drop-down menu. 
  3. Click Submit button, the group added successfully. 
  4. On the Groups & Schedules Management page, you may add MembersSchedulesContact Methods, and Topics to the group.
