Add contact methods so AlertOps knows how to contact each group. You may select contact methods such as email, SMS, or phone. Push notification contact methods are added automatically after a user registers their AlertOps mobile app.
To Add Contact Method
- Click + ADD METHOD, a dropdown field is enbaled to add a contact method
- Select a Contact method from the dropdown list
- Based on the selected contact method, enter the information
- Click +Add icon the details are added successfully
