Product Updates Q2 2026

Q2 2026 delivered aware Notification Profiles — two of the most-requested capabilities from competitive deals over the prior year. We also rolled out enhanced Bond capabilities, Technical Service access controls, alert detail rich-text rendering, and a substantial batch of refinements across messaging, workflows, and global search. Note: This quarter is in progress at time of publication; release notes reflect items confirmed deployed to production through May 2026.

 

Notifications

Notification Profile — Priority-Aware Routing (April 2026)

  • Production-released Notification Profiles that vary contact methods by alert priority.
  • Users can configure, for example, push + SMS for P1 alerts, email-only for P3 alerts, and quiet hours for P4 — all in one profile.
  • Notification Profile UI includes the new "red verbiage" call-out for situations where notification settings could miss high-priority alerts.
  • Highly requested by Opsgenie-migration customers and a leading competitive differentiator.
  • Released updates to the v3 API URL structure for Notification Profiles and OOF endpoints.
  • Improves consistency with the wider v3 API surface and prepares customers for upcoming API enhancements.
  • Released a refreshed Bond approval UI to make multi-step actions clearer and easier to confirm before execution.
  • Improved streaming responses so Bond replies render incrementally instead of after a full round trip.
  • Fixed time zone-related issues in Bond responses to ensure schedule and OOF references match the user's working time zone.
  • Continued the rollout of Agent Bond inside the mobile app — Access and manage Users and Groups, check On-Calls, and View, Assign, or Close Alerts conversationally on iOS and Android.
  • Production-released HTML and Rich Text rendering for alert messages on the Alert Details page.
  • Alerts that arrive with HTML payloads (from rich integrations like email-to-alert, ServiceNow, or Microsoft tooling) now render with full formatting.
  • A pop-over dialog lets users view the full message in a dedicated, expanded view.
  • Released a multi-select filter on the Messages section of the Alert Details page.
  • By default, SCH (Scheduled), ACK (Acknowledged), and PACK (Pending Acknowledgement) messages are shown.
  • Significantly easier to find the message you need on alerts with long communication histories.
  • Production-released group-level access controls (View / Edit / Delete) for Technical Services.
  • Enables strict separation of service ownership for large multi-team or multi-tenant deployments.
  • Frequently-cited migration enabler for Opsgenie customers.
  • Added a dedicated Access section directly in the Technical Service Details page, making it easy to review and adjust access at the point of service configuration.
  • Released two new conditions for alert workflows: isUnmerged (true if the alert has not been merged with another alert) and isParent (true if the alert is a parent in a parent-child relationship).
  • Significantly expands the precision of workflow targeting around the manual merge / AI correlation features released earlier.
  • Fixed a production issue affecting the Delivery Attempt workflow.
  • Fixed multiple UI regressions in workflow editing.
  • Released configuration to hide the Export Alerts button for organizations where alert export is restricted by policy.
  • Fixed an issue where right-clicking and navigating from Global Search results for Email integrations led to an incorrect URL.
  • Fixed an issue where navigating from a Dashboard widget to the Alert List did not correctly reset all filters.
  • Released OOF surfacing inside the Group Calendar view.
  • Coverage and OOF windows are now visible directly in the calendar, alongside scheduled rotations.
  • Fixed a production issue where the Schedules Edit page was not editable for users with the Manager role.
  • Fixed an issue where cloning an object incorrectly displayed the original Owner name until a manual refresh.
