Product Updates Q3 2025

Q3 2025 was about scale and connective tissue. We made AIOps configurable per integration, added workflow-driven auto-population, doubled down on the marketplace, and dramatically expanded Agent Bond's reach across the platform's core objects. Mobile got a major SDK refresh, and the new Technical Services framework began rolling out — the architectural cornerstone of the Services and Status Page work that ships throughout 2026.

AI & OpsIQ Enhancements

AIOps — Multiple AI Correlation Profiles per Integration (August 2025)

  • Production-released the ability to configure multiple AI correlation profiles, grouped by integration.
  • Customers can now tune correlation behavior independently for noisy infrastructure monitoring sources vs. high-signal APM tools — without compromising either.
  • Profiles support distinct correlation windows, similarity thresholds, and grouping fields per source.
  • Major step forward for enterprises running many simultaneous monitoring tools with different alert characteristics.
  • Production-released workflow-triggered population of AI-generated alert fields.
  • Workflows can now invoke the AI agent suite (Classify, Prioritize, RootCause, etc.) on demand — not just at alert ingestion.
  • Enables more sophisticated branching logic, re-classification on state changes, and event-driven enrichment.
  • Significantly expanded the surface area of Agent Bond, our conversational AI interface, to support full create and management operations on additional object types:
    • Escalation Policies — create, update, and review policies via natural language.
    • Integrations — provision and configure integrations conversationally.
    • Workflows — design and edit workflows through chat-based interactions.
    • Schedules — create and modify on-call schedules with natural-language commands.
  • Users can now ask Bond who's on-call, modify an escalation, or spin up a new integration without leaving the conversation.
  • Released the foundation of the new Technical Services module — a dedicated framework for modeling business and technical services within AlertOps.
  • Database schema and API layer deployed; UI integration rolling out progressively.
  • Becomes the backbone of the Q4 Incident and Response Play features and the Q1 2026 Status Page product.
  • Lets customers move from alert-centric to service-centric operations modeling.
  • Completed and released the ScienceLogic integration to the AlertOps Marketplace.
  • Bi-directional sync of ScienceLogic events into AlertOps with full field mapping and severity translation.
  • Joint customers can now consolidate ScienceLogic alerts alongside other infrastructure sources within one incident management workflow.
  • Progressed development of the official AlertOps Terraform Provider, enabling infrastructure-as-code management of integrations, escalations, schedules, and users.
  • Provider scope finalized; initial resource coverage delivered.
  • Continued development on the ZenOSS marketplace integration.
  • Standardized event-to-alert mapping and bi-directional acknowledgement.
  • Released the ability to escalate any active alert directly to the next group in the escalation policy from both the web and mobile clients.
  • Available as a one-tap action on the mobile app and a one-click action in the web Alert Details page.
  • Major workflow improvement for high-severity incidents where the primary on-call needs immediate hand-off.
  • Released customizable analytics with full support for Custom Alert Fields — including AI-generated fields — as filter criteria.
  • Customers can now slice reports by incident classification, urgency, source, or any custom field captured on the alert.
  • API surface expanded to support programmatic report generation.
  • Released a major mobile SDK upgrade across both iOS and Android targets.
  • Native modules updated, push notification stack refreshed, and crash-rate substantially reduced.
  • Production-released the AlertOps mobile app on React Native 0.78.2.
  • Faster startup, smaller binary size, and improved support for the newest mobile device OS releases.
