Product Updates Q4 2025

Q4 2025 was the quarter Agent Bond became a complete platform-management interface. By year-end, customers could create, read, update, and delete most core objects through conversation — including Alerts (assign, close, view), Groups, Users, Workflows, and Out-of-Office. The Technical Services framework expanded into a new Incidents and Response Play module, and Mobile gained full on-call and out-of-office support.

Agent Bond — Major Production Release

Agent Bond Full Object Management (November–December 2025)

  • Production-released Agent Bond as a fully conversational interface across AlertOps' core objects:
    • Alerts — view, assign, and close alerts via natural-language commands.
    • Groups — create, update, query, and delete groups conversationally.
    • Users — full CRUD operations on user records, including contact methods.
    • Workflows — author and edit workflows through dialogue.
    • Out-of-Office (OOF) — set, modify, and check OOF coverage in chat.
  • Bond now answers questions like "Who is on-call for the database team?", "Close all alerts from Datadog in the last hour", or "Add Priya to the after-hours rotation" — without leaving the conversation.
  • Bond requests respect existing permissions, audit logs, and approval flows.
  • Released long-lived refresh token support for Bond, enabling more reliable conversational sessions without re-authentication interruptions.
  • Production-released the Technical Services module as a fully-featured object in the platform.
  • Customers can now model the business and technical services they operate, attach owners and escalation policies to each service, and tie alerts to service context.
  • Sets the stage for service-aware incident routing and status reporting.
  • Released a dedicated Incidents module, separating high-severity, service-impacting events from the alert stream.
  • Incidents reference one or more alerts and carry their own lifecycle, responder set, communications channel, and post-incident review.
  • Incident state changes flow into Agent Bond and into reporting.
  • Released Response Plays — codified, repeatable incident response procedures that can be triggered when an incident is declared or escalated.
  • Plays bundle communications, runbooks, and notification logic into a single, named, versioned object.
  • Significantly accelerates major-incident response by removing decisions from the heat of the moment.
  • The Q3 AIOps multi-profile correlation work moved into the web app's production UI — every customer now has access to per-integration correlation tuning.
  • Configuration is now self-serve through the standard integration management screens.
  • Workflow-triggered auto-population of AI agent fields shipped fully into the production web experience.
  • The reporting and analytics overhaul released to all customers in the web app, including custom-field filter UI and CSV exports.
  • Production-released full on-call and OOF management within the mobile app.
  • Mobile users can now view, set, and modify their on-call status, declare OOF, and review coverage — without needing to open the web app.
  • Major capability for responders who manage their own schedules from the field.
