Audit Trail
Available on: Enterprise plan only
User needs the 'AuditTrail_View' entitlement / role
The Audit Trail provides a log of changes made across key modules in your AlertOps account, giving administrators visibility into who changed what and when.
What's Tracked
Audit Trail captures updates and deletes across the following modules:
- Users
- Groups
- Schedules
- Escalation Policies
- Workflows
What's Not Tracked
Audit Trail logs changes to existing records only — create/add actions (e.g. creating a new user) are not currently captured. This is by design.
How to Access
Navigate to Configuration → Administration → Audit Trail to view the log.
